After decades of frequenting this wonderful island (nicknamed the Pearl of the Mediterranean), I signed Andrea and my wife Manuela, in 2012 we decided to take the plunge and buy Villa Soledad. After a whole year of hard work dedicated to the renovation and loving care of this house both internally and externally, in the spring of 2013 we opened our doors and began to welcome the first guests.
Thanks to the attention to detail, we have to say that we had great satisfaction (especially with regards to cleaning). Our most loyal guests are rewarding us by returning to visit us with pleasure, we are very happy and enthusiastic.
At guests' disposal we offer a relaxation and well-being area equipped with sun loungers ideal for those who want to enjoy hours of total relaxation during their holiday.
Our garden adjacent to the Villa is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. It has 300 square meters. of lawn, planted with olives, figs and various typically Mediterranean plants from which to be able to grasp during the period of flowering of all the perfumes of the various seasons.
The Villa has two barbecue areas where our customers can cook fish and meat with the possibility of making lunches and dinners.
The property has a private and free parking for guests..
